Music Worth Playing

First of all, this game works perfectly with a Guitar Hero World Tour guitar. I had seen some postings that say it does not.

I needed something to get me through my down time after a vasectomy so I set my sites on getting better at Guitar Hero so I could put my daughter in her place. Guitar Hero World Tour is fine, but they alway slip in some tracks that do not rock. AC/DC is just what the doctor ordered (no pun intended). 18 tracks that rock from their live performances.
Great track pack! They didn't hold back any of the best songs!

I was so happy to get this and find great, long versions of all my old favorite AC/DC songs. It's such a pleasure to play along with these and relive them in a whole new way. I'm hoping they'll do a bunch of these track packs with other great bands.
Best track pack out there

I purchased this for my kids, however Dad enjoys playing Rock Band as well. ;-)

We have four other track packs for Rock Band Wii, and this is by far the best. The sound quality of the others is severely lacking, and I was concerned that would be the case with this---especially with it being a live performance. However, I was pleasantly surprised at the sound quality.

I also find this track pack much more challenging than the others. While there are only 18 songs, anyone familiar with AC/DC knows their tendency for extending their songs live (compared with the studio version). A few songs go greater than eight minutes, and I'm quite often spent after playing them--in a good way. Definitely recommend this even for those who are not familiar with AC/DC, as getting a chance to be Angus Young in a live performance is what Rock Band is all about!
Loving it!

Reviewer: A. Riddle,
AC/DC is my favorite band and the live album the songs came from is terrific. Just having a 10 minute version of High Voltage is worth the price. No bad songs here and some are easy, The Jack, and some are very difficult, Fire Your Guns and Let There Be Rock. For those of you, like me, who were playing Guitar Hero first, Rock Band is a little harder due to the size of the notes. It took me about a week to get a handle on it. If you are a long time AC/DC fan you will love this game.
